It was a negative DSA and the owners made the call to sell rather than strengthen. We assisted in the DSA, consultation around strengthening, worked with different agencies to choose what one list with and worked with the agents through the sales process and settlement.

A Single level single tenant building that had a negative DSA report commissioned by the tenant. A second DSA was obtained to check the validity of the first and some common ground was met in between. Negotiated the sale of the building to the tenant.

Long Standing tenant and a negative DSA. Assisted in strengthening this complex building as all 3 owners needed to do the works as it was a single structure. Completed strengthening to 70% NBS and negotiated a sale to the tenant.

Managed this motel tenant with an unusual lease for several years and when the owner didn’t want to keep the maintenance up and decided to sell. Liaised with land agents, tenants and owners and a successful sales campaign netted the owner 18% more than they were expecting.

Currently we are assisting a property company to purchase 3 units in Lower Hutt that will be for rent. Liaising with real estate agents for valuations and marketing for tenants when available.
