Graham Pudney
Graham Pudney is a 6th generation Pudney from the Hutt Valley. Joseph and Elisabeth Pudney arrived on the first settling ship, the Aurora, landing at Petone Beach January 22, 1840. A date now celebrated as Wellington Anniversary Day. Graham has owned, founded, purchased, run and sold multiple businesses in the region including Pudney and Lee, StabiWood, Track and Trail, Pacific Seals and others. During this time, he has built a portfolio of commercial properties and manages these and other properties for family trusts, charities and businesses.
This background has given Graham exposure to many different types of businesses and buildings and has worked actively to buy, sell and develop properties for the clients he works with. It has also given him experience working with owners, landlords, tenants, trades and professionals.
Graham is now able to offer this experience and wide range of contacts to other commercial property owners in the region from Wellington and the Hutt Valley to Wairarapa and the Kapiti Coast.
